I've made my son a Christmas stocking and a table runner for the house. Everything I make I usually give away. It's kind of sad I've been quilting for 25 yrs. and I don't really have many quilts that I've kept. I never thought of it until now, I'll have to fix that. Great giveaway, Merry Merry!
So far I've finished a new table topper, and new maching quilt is in flimsy phase.Hope I would have enough time to quilt it.
Merry Christmas !

When I got married my mom gave me a great-aunt or something's old sewing machine and she and my Grandma showed me how to use it. The first thing I made was a tablecloth out of really cheesy novelty print fabric covered in gingerbread men. It seemed a lot more appropriate when I was 21 in a crummy apartment within walking distance of Hubby's grad school than it does now in a real house, lol. We use it in the kitchen still though and my preschooler loves it!
I am making a table runner :D
