Its time for the Pets on Quilts show!
So I got my pet Kalli-cat and my new granny square quilt and tried to take a picture.
Yes I said tried. Kalli NEVER cooperates when I try to take her picture.
She always turns her head and moves,
or hides under.
Maybe there's a Pets Under Quilts contest.
But then my non-photogenic baby started to turn her bright shining eyes the right way,
And I got a cute picture on her on the front of the quilt, with some of the Amy Butler and Denyse Schmidt prints on the back showing as well.
(ignore the tv remote)
keep dreaming...Colleen
Yes Kalli-cat never quite smiles, she is an Eeyore just like her mother. |
I adore your quilt!!

ReplyDeleteI like your scrappy quilt and Kalli is cute.
ReplyDeleteI love the colours in your quilt and Kalli is just perfect.
ReplyDeleteKalli reminds me of our Willow. Lovely quilt! Love the colours.
ReplyDeleteWe have an outside cat named Nopi that looks just like your Kalli. She leaves unspeakable "love offerings" on our porch. The vet says that the coloring makes them the best mousers.
ReplyDeleteWhat is it about cats and quilts? I think they are attracted to anything that surrounds them with love.
Your Kalli is beautiful! I too have a camera shy (just plain shy) Torti, named Delaney. I love the pictures!
