  2. My favourite Christmas tradition is basking in the glow of the Christmas tree lights late on Christmas Eve after all the work in done. So much warmth and peace at that time.

  3. Favorite tradition is when hubby and I put the "fake" rings on the tree. The year Hubby and I decided to get married, I said I only needed something gold and sparkly. He quickly responded "Oh a gold pipecleaner". Well that year at Christmas, my engagement ring was on layway. We both had the same idea to give eachother a gold pipecleaner for our gift for each other.

It is a wonderful memory and reminds us each year how much we love each other.

  8. My favorite Christmas tradition is eating the Christmas cookies. My dad has always been the one to make the cookies and the rule was that NO ONE was allowed to eat the cookies until Christmas Eve. We would go to church and then drive around and look at Christmas lights and come home and sample all the cookies. I still love that tradition and HAVE to go to parents after church on Christmas Eve to sample some cookies.

Oh, and we usually have a huge meal on my mother's side of the family -- about 30-40 of us, depending on the year and who can travel. :)

  140. Favorite tradition!?
Celebrating my son's birthday. He was born on Christmas day at 7:38 27 years ago (two weeks late)...
There was a bumper crop of babie's that year - double stacked in the nursery. Doctor said - it's eating too much and driving down bumpy roads (so if you ever want your baby to be delivered and you're tired of waiting - give it a try - eat too much and drive on a bumpy road).
I hope you have a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS! :)
