The elves have been busy...

So the quilt elves have been busy making secret things.  And this big elf has just been plain busy and worn out from work!  I realized it has been almost two weeks since I have posted!  I haven't even instagramed because of the secret projects.  So her is a little catch up on some things I can share.
I finished quilting  my Scrappy Stellar star quilt.  The pattern is my friend Kelly's that I learned in a great class with her.

I sewed my garden quilting gloves quite a few times.  But I think it turned out beautiful!

And it is huge!  This pic is before I bound it in strips in the same fabrics.  Im taking pics outside later this weekend of the finished quilt.

Out of order but this was squaring it up and sharing the binding.  I bought a bunch of old factory spools in Hillsville just so I could wind binding.  I like storing it this way.

Ok and a little out of order, here is mom and dad's Jazzy-girl  aka Princess Jasmine helped me baste it.

And then hand-sewing the binding while watching Bonnie Hunter sew on quilt cam.  Its virtual sewing with a friend.

I will try to catchup on more happenings later.

keep dreaming...Colleen
And I got my hair cut.  But not too much before the wedding per sister.
